participated in FOREST FRIDAY. We met up with our Grade 4 buddies and explored our nearby Aspen Forest with a scavenger hunt. Some of the things the Kinders needed to find:
A stick as long as their arm
Three different colored leaves
A branch they could reach on their tippy toes
An animal footprint
A human footprint
We went to gym today and practiced with the scoops and balls.
We completed our October self-portrait. Our focus was on using appropriate colors and filling the space with said colour. We practiced drawing a house, a tree, and some pumpkins to add detail to our background.
